  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.00 This will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

4. International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Olivo Golf Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

  • Delays: Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via the link provided.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we will ship your entire order once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
