Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

 

3. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Packaging that has been opened or damaged

  • Returns requested after the refund window has closed but are approved as exceptions

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5–10 business days].

  • If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and offer alternative solutions if applicable.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at michael.olivo@olivogolf.com.

 

7. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 

8. International Orders

Refunds for international orders may be subject to additional shipping and customs fees. Please contact us before returning any international orders.
